Bob O'Hatnick

AIA, LEED AP

Principal Emeritus

Bob, one of GWWO’s founding principals, has focused his career on working with project teams so that design intent and quality are realized in each built project. He served an integral role in establishing and implementing GWWO’s quality control program—an effort that’s been crucial to the firm’s success—resulting in fewer change orders and minimal errors and omissions. Bob serves as a mentor to the architectural staff, imparting his attention to detail and quality—from keynotes to complicated design details to specification selections—and field knowledge.

Bob participates in various community organizations including serving on the Architectural Review Board for Baltimore’s historic Ten Hills neighborhood and the Board of Directors of the Construction Specifications Institute. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Architecture degree.
