2024: Promotions

Pat Fava joined the firm in 2012 and became an Associate in 2018. Pat’s work—encompassing leadership of the firm’s 3D modeling, architectural visualization and animation, virtual reality, digital fabrication, graphic design, video production, and project photography—is crucial in connecting our clients and the community with our designs. His vision has elevated the firm's graphics to a consistently high standard achieved through a dedication to training and mentorship throughout the office. He currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Maryland School for the Deaf Foundation.

A registered architect since 2019, John Bernet came to GWWO in 2022 with six years of experience. John’s ability to think big, coupled with a keen attention to detail, has benefitted many of our clients, including his current work with the National Park Service on the preservation of over a dozen structures and site features at Hampton National Historic Site and the multiphase, occupied renovation of Harford Technical High School with Harford County Public Schools. John cultivates trust among clients and project team members through his steady and knowledgeable presence, professionalism, and exceptional technical skills.
