January 11, 2011: AIA Baltimore Highlighting Local Talent. GWWO president and design principal Alan Reed was a speaker, discussing GWWO's contextual approach to interpretive facility design. His talk focused on the firm's work on the DuPont Environmental Education Center, which was honored with AIA Baltimore's 2010 Grand Design Award.

December 7, 2010: AIA Baltimore Annual Meeting. GWWO president and design principal Alan Reed described the design intent and process, and then lead a tour of the Cylburn Arboretum Vollmer Center, the multi-purpose orientation, education and event center designed by GWWO that was the venue for the AIA's annual gathering.
